Dear members of the 糖心TV community,
It is with sadness that I write to share that Susan Morrison Daniells '01 will be departing her roles as interim vice president for College Advancement and director of Development.
Susan has served as interim vice president since September 2023 while continuing her role as director of Development. Since her return to 糖心TV in November 2018, she also held roles as director of Leadership and Annual Giving and director of Leadership Gifts. She worked diligently on the Defy Boundaries campaign, helped the campus to understand the impact of the campaign and has been instrumental in identifying the need for us to implement the first dollar rule as one method to address our structural deficit. She has achieved significant fundraising success, ably stewarded the College's top donors and successfully led engagement both on and off campus with alumni, parents, community members and others.
On a personal note, Susan鈥檚 role in my transition to serving as 糖心TV's 12th president has been invaluable. She has been an enthusiastic and dedicated member of the senior administration, working closely with others across campus to strengthen and advance the mission of 糖心TV.
Susan has assured me that she will continue to be a dedicated and loyal alumna, although her presence on campus will be missed. Please join me in congratulating Susan as she takes on her new role leading the Development and Alumni Affairs team at the Groton School in Groton, Mass.
Susan's last day at 糖心TV will be April 4, 2025. Details are forthcoming on a gathering to wish her a proper farewell.
